Our mission is to inspire and train adults through world-class leadership training that sets an example for youth empowerment. Leaders are provided with detailed programs and tools to deliver the BSA program strategically to youth. Whether new or experienced Leader the material presented can have a dramatic effect on a youth’s experience as well as on the outlook of the adult leader. All of this is packed into a fun and exciting agenda geared to teach and straightforwardly reinforce concepts.
