Attendees must have their 2024 OA Dues paid to attend this event. PLEASE NOTE: All staying through the entire event must be registered with BSA at the time of the event. You must be registered to stay on the reservation after the Banquet. Only Vigil Honor members and candidates can register. No walk-ins or late registrations are allowed. This event is a non- refundable 30 days before the start date.
