COPE-a-Palooza is an excellent opportunity to expose scouts to the fun and adventure of COPE & climbing activities in Heart of America Council. This event was started to provide different climbing opportunities in the council outside of summer camp. The event is located at H. Roe Bartle Scout Reservation where there are numerous COPE, climbing, and rappelling sites available. All participants who sign up on time will receive COPE-a-Palooza event memorabilia. This is a Non-Refundable event.
